Ossett Brewery is the creator of Yorkshire Blonde, White Rat, Silver King and Excelsius, and owner of more than 20 pubs in Yorkshire. The firm, originally Ossett Brewing Co, began life in 1998 on a five-barrel-brew-length kit behind the Brewer’s Pride pub in Ossett.
