Apart from a handful of delays in the Kingston, Perth and Hawkesbury areas, there aren't really school bus changes. Both OC Transpo and the Ottawa International Airport suggest there could be delays related to the weather. The Elgin Street side effectsA reminder that Elgin Street is closed to traffic for the year between Catherine and Somerset streets — the result of which is much heavier commuter traffic next door on O'Connor Street in the afternoon and on Metcalfe Street in the morning.
