Drivers can expect nighttime delays on the George Massey Tunnel over the next week for scheduled maintenance. Work begins Sunday night and the plan is to finish Friday, Oct. 5, according to a statement from road maintenance company Mainroad Group. Single-lane closures will be in effect in both directions on Highway 99 during these hours. The tunnel forms part of Highway 99, connecting Richmond and Delta. The week-long maintenance is planned specifically between Exits 26 and 28.
