Figures show that the Raptors overpaid for Jeremy Lin, Serge Ibaka, Kyle Lowry and Marc Gasol relative to their performance in the regular season. The other members of the overpaid club are: Lin ($8.3 million), Ibaka ($7.4 million) and Lowry ($6.9 million). This year, in 24 regular-season games for Toronto, Gasol averaged 9.1 points per game, which is the lowest total in his 10-year career, but he also logged fewer minutes than ever before. In the eight defeats the Raptors endured after the Gasol trade, Toronto ranked worst in the league with a 15.7% turnover percentage. For now, there are a lot of balls in the air for Toronto, but Gasol might be faced with the trickiest decision of them all.
