Andrew Warren, 56, who has been suspended as a senior treasury assistant at Somerville College, and Wyndham Lathem, 42, are suspected of killing Trenton Cornell-Duranleau in Dr Lathem’s Chicago apartment. Neither has been formally charged. Mr Warren, of Swindon, Wiltshire, did not fight rendition to Chicago when he appeared in court on Friday in San Francisco, where he surrendered himself after eight days as a fugitive.
