Pérez-Llorca has advised Impag Group on the acquisition of Spanish company Comindex. With this transaction, Impag Group continues its strategy of growth and targeted expansion across Europe. Comindex, based in Montornès del Vallès near Barcelona, is an independent distributor of specialty chemicals, active since its founding in 1959. Under the umbrella of Impag Group, Comindex will further strengthen its market position in Spain, Portugal, and North Africa, and will play a key role in the Material Science segment of Impag Group.
