MANILA, Philippines — Three men, two of them college students, were arrested in a drug sting in Muntinlupa City Wednesday night. Police seized around half a kilo of “kush,” a type of high-grade marijuana, with a street value of at least P500,000 from Ivan Kidd Lim, Franklin Onukogu Jr. and Louis Gabriel Cemetera Balatbat, all 21 years old. Lim and Onukogu are students. The dried marijuana leaves were placed in 11 resealable plastic bags from a Toyota Fortuner (ABQ-5451) and a Mitsubishi Mirage (NK-0579). He was released for further investigation by the city prosecutor’s office.
