Cabinet approval has been granted to the Minister of Health to expedite the PCR testing process in the face of the third wave of Covid-19. Accordingly, the Ministry has been instructed to purchase more testing kits and other equipment to expedite the process. Over 20,000 PCR tests are expected to be done per day.
