MANILA, Philippines — The Philippines recorded 2,578 new COVID-19 cases on Saturday, the third consecutive day that the country logged over 2,000 infections. The country registered 2,588 and 2,371 fresh cases on July 15 and 14, respectively, data from the Department of Health (DOH) showed.
