Mani Shankar Aiyar is outspoken. Earlier today, Rahul Gandhi, Congress Party vice-president, filed his nominations to contest the election to decide the president of the party. Many Congress leaders commented about this election and Rahul Gandhi's elevation as the president of the Indian National Congress. Mani Shankar Aiyar did too. Modi did not lose the opportunity to take a dig at the Congress Party.
