Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday slammed Gandhi family for not doing anything for the country despite being in the power for 70 years. "During Congress regime UP gave many Prime Ministers to the country -- Jawaharlala Nehru, Indira Gandhi, Rajiv Gandhi even powerful top Congress leaders are representing UP in Lok Shaha like representatives of Amethi and Raiberaily. Bharuch is the hometown of Ahmed Patel, Congress strongman and close confidant of Congress president Sonia Gandhi. Speaking about development as core issue of BJP government, Modi tried to woo Muslim voters of Bharuch district. Speaking about his plans for Bharuch district, Modi said that after the completion of Sardar Patel's statue, which would be world's tallest statute, the city will get lot of tourists district and will also generate jobs for the locals.
