KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 16): Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said Malaysia's National Transformation Programme (NTP) had shown results as the Government implemented its development projects. Najib wrote in najibrazak.com today that since the NTP was launched in 2010, the Government had implemented projects including the light rail transit, mass rapid transit and Kuala Lumpur-Singapore High Speed Rail. "This year's Malaysia Day celebration will be more meaningful because the NTP has yielded results. "In just seven years, various development projects have been implemented to become the foundation to the country's economy's strong structure. The Performance Management & Delivery Unit (Pemandu), a unit under the Prime Minister’s Department, is spearheading the NTP.
