Skies are sunny from start to finish, and high temperatures rise to near 60. Spring is coming: Over the weekend, the District’s normal low ticked above freezing, and the high reached 50. A month from today, those normal temperatures are 59 and 31. Do, of course, keep in mind that out at Dulles International Airport, the normal low doesn’t rise above 32 until March 15. It’s also typical to see freezes several weeks beyond the rise above that mark in normal temperatures.
