ADVERTISEMENTGamboa said the Chinese government had already initiated inviting members of the PNP to train in China to learn how their syndicates work. There has been an increase in cases of kidnapping involving Chinese nationals, mostly Philippine offshore gaming operator (Pogo) employees on tourist visas and casino players on gambling junkets organized in China, authorities said. Their crimes are mostly kidnapping for ransom (KFR) and, lately, prostitution in dens run exclusively for Chinese Pogo workers, the PNP’s Anti-Kidnapping Group (AKG) previously said.
