Share:LAHORE - The PPP has shown its willingness to ‘play ball’ with the PTI by agreeing to play a friendly cricket match at the lawns of the Governor House. The cricket match is aimed at supporting Pakistan cricket at a time when the international teams have refused to come to Pakistan citing security reasons. Around a week back, Punjab government’s spokesperson Fayyazul Hassan Chohan had contacted the leadership of the joint Opposition in the Punjab Assembly inviting them to play a friendly cricket match at the Governor House Lahore on October 19. He further stated that the PTI had no working relationship with the Opposition in Punjab Assembly. We cannot play cricket with the PTI under such circumstances”, he maintained.
