KUALA LUMPUR (March 11): The implementation of the Women's Referral, Intervention, Support, Information and Advocacy (PRISMAnita) initiative, launched by the government on Tuesday, does not involve any additional financial allocation. Women, Family and Community Development Minister Datuk Seri Nancy Shukri said the initiative, placed under the Women’s Development Department (JPW) at the state level, will be carried out by optimising existing resources. Nancy described PRISMAnita as an important one-stop centre that helps victims identify the appropriate channels for assistance.
