Rio silver medallist PV Sindhu qualified for the prestigious World Super Series Finals while Saina Nehwal missed the cut. Sindhu will be playing for the first time in the season-ending tournament, starting December 14 to 18. Sindhu's strong finishes in the last two Super Series helped her qualify for the event. Top eight singles and doubles players will be seen in action at the tournament.
