"These are highly condemnable actions of Pakistan, it's being done by them. They are creating trouble in Kashmir," the BJP deputy CM said, about the encounter that was still underway as of early Sunday afternoon. "Alert soldiers posted along the Line of Control in Naugam sector noticed some suspicious movement and challenged the intruders," the official added, PTI reported.The militants opened fire at positions of security forces which was "effectively retaliated", triggering a gunbattle, the said. "...a war-like store recovered from the scene of the gunbattle," the official said, adding that the operation was still underway as of early Sunday afternoon.In the meanwhile, as many as 12 civilians were injured in a clash between the security forces and protesters in Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir, ANI said.
