Palace clarifies PHL is not pulling out of UNMANILA — Malacanang clarified on Monday that the Philippines is not separating from the United Nations (UN), saying President Rodrigo Duterte was just basically reiterating the national sovereignty when he threatened to pull the country out of the UN.
