MANILA, Philippines — Malacañang on Saturday expressed its deepest sympathy and prayers to the family of former Manila Mayor Alfredo Lim, who passed away this afternoon. In a statement, presidential spokesman Harry Roque said Palace also praised Lim, who was also the former chief of National Bureau of Investigation, for his efforts to fight criminality and narcotics.
