An American diplomat was on Sunday morning questioned after he drew his gun and threatened a civilian following a minor road accident. While confirming the incident, which happened along University Way, Central Police Station OCPD Robinson Thuku said that the diplomat was questioned over the incident. As a diplomat all the police can do is question him and follow up with his respective Embassy because he is protected under diplomatic immunity. Mr Thuku said the police will follow up the incident and investigate accordingly.
