Drilon then asked Parlade which specific provision of the law would warrant the regulation of social media. “It’s regulating the way people avail, or access social media and the terms and conditions on what they are allowed to do in social media,” he added. While social media should be accessible to everyone, Parlade believes the actions of those who use it should be regulated.
