COLOMBO (News 1st): Parliament will convene at 10:00 AM today (Jun. 08), as per a decision reached by the party leaders on Monday (Jun. A decision was reached at the Committee on Parliamentary Business chaired by Speaker Mahinda Yapa Abeywardena on Monday (Jun. Parliament sittings will be held today (08) from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Dhammika Dasanayake, the Secretary-General of Parliament said. The Motion at the Adjournment Time pertaining to the current situation in the country will be taken up by the Opposition from 12:00 noon to 4:30 PM today (08), Dhammika Dasanayake, the Secretary-General of Parliament further noted.
