Recipes — I wish I’d made my own this week — range from exceedingly simple to varying degrees of complex, but none is rocket science. For my purposes, though, I picked up a jar of Mina Harissa at Publix, which comes in mild or spicy versions. I grabbed the latter. While I enjoyed its flavor and chunky texture, I’d have liked more heat — so take that nugget for what it’s worth. It worked just fine in all the recipes.
