For the first time RedFarm, the innovative Chinese restaurant with two locations in Manhattan and one in London, has started shipping food nationwide. Among the options are several assortments, including the restaurant’s popular pastrami egg rolls, lamb dumplings and pork buns, and, from its satellite restaurant, Decoy, a Peking duck dinner for four ($139) with a whole sliced duck, pancakes, scallions, cucumbers and three sauces. Be prepared to steam the pancakes and light the oven to warm and crisp the duck. Follow NYT Food on Twitter and NYT Cooking on Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest.
