A 36-year-old man has been killed in a hit and run in Mississauga, police say. Peel police responded to Dixie Rd. E. shortly before 11:30 a.m. for reports of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle that failed to remain on scene. The man had been crossing west across Dixie Rd. Reports from the scene suggested that the vehicle could have been either an SUV or a truck.
