Forbes has named two local manufacturers, Pella Corporation and Vermeer Corporation, among its 2023 Best-In-State Employers List. “Our continued ranking as a top employer reflects our ongoing commitment to fostering a culture that prioritizes the well-being of our team,” said John Bollman, chief human resources officer, Pella Corporation. “We strive to create an environment where everyone finds purpose in their work, feels valued, and can reach their full potential. Vermeer has been named both a Best Employer by State and among America’s Best Midsize Employers by the site, ranking 103rd in 2023 in the latter category. Vermeer lists 3,500 employees on the Forbes feature.
