RIO DE JANEIRO — It’s official: Swimmer Penny Oleksiak, who won four medals for Canada, will carry the flag at the Olympic closing ceremony on Sunday night. Her four medals at a single Games trail only the five won by speed skater Cindy Klassen at the Turin Olympics in 2006. Her coach Ben Titley says the sky is the limit for Oleksiak, if she wants it. Related“If you want to be great, great is about being successful over a long period of time,” Titley said last weekend after the swim meet had ended. “It would be my intention that Penny actually become Canada’s most successful Summer Olympian.
