New Zealand First leader Winston Peters has launched the party's election campaign by highlighting the claimed inexperience of its coalition partners. Peters said this campaign will show how important NZ First is to the country and took aim at the lack of experience of Labour and the Greens. "New Zealand First was alarmed to see the release of the Green Party tax policy. "The end of the [Covid-19] crisis is not yet in view but immigration policy needs a fundamental reset," he said. Speaking to reporters yesterday, Peters took a swipe at National and Labour and said the state of the opposition was "breath-taking".
