Location, Location, Location star Phil Spencer has opened up about the moment a woman threatened to leave her partner on the show 'if he made her buy a home'. Phil told The Express: 'We took them into a house and he suddenly lit up. Phil and Kirstie Allsopp, 54, are the longstanding presenters of Location, Location, LocationDave and Kinga then put down an offer of £360,000, which was £10,000 below the asking price. During the latest episode of Location Location Location, Phil Spencer, 55, successfully helped Dave and Kinga in their 10-month quest for a property in Leeds, where they hoped to find more space and be closer to family. Location, Location, Location is available to stream on Channel 4.
