There will be a separate Pitha station in the Latest Recipe and more than 20 types of delicious and traditional Pithas will be available such as Nokshi Pitha, Chondro Puli, Mug Pakon, Hridoy Horon, Shahi Vapa, Lobongo Lotika, Ilish/Tuna Pitha, Bibi Khana, Bodhu Boron, Fuljhuri and many more. General Manager of Le Méridien Dhaka, Constantinos S Gavriel, said, “We believe that this festival will play a significant role in promoting the traditional Bengali food to both our local and foreign guests coming from different cultures from all over the world. As we are always keen to promote different culture and cuisine, we think it’s a great opportunity to further popularize the different traditional Bengali Pithas among the urbanites.”Le Méridien Dhaka has already become a popular destination for the urban crowd of Dhaka for its variety of cultural celebrations.
