Cover with the Irn Bru, depending on your pan size you may only need 2lt, or you might wish to top up with water or more Irn Bru. In a small pan, add 200ml of Irn Bru, honey, mustard and 2tbsp of light brown sugar. Using a sharp knife, score a diamond pattern into the fat of ham and pat with the 2tbsp of light brown sugar.
