A Pokot woman and her two children were on Friday murdered in Kapedo by suspected Turkana bandits. The woman with her kids aged between seven and 12 years were slashed with a Panga as they fled the area. Read: Six killed in one week of fresh Kapedo ‘revenge attacks’“The luggage loaded on the backs of the donkeys and camels indicates that the woman was migrating with her children before she was ambushed and killed,” Pokot resident Yudah Losutan told the Star on Sunday. “The government should do something to address the insecurity challenge between Pokot and Turkana because it has caused a lot of life loss,” said Lotela. Last week on Sunday, a Turkana man was shot dead by suspected Pokot bandits while fetching firewood in Kapedo.
