Poland and Israel on Sunday (Monday in Manila) summoned each other's envoys amid a row over a new Polish law that experts say could block World War 2 restitution claims and which the Jewish state condemned as "immoral." Deputy Foreign Minister Pawel Jablonski said Warsaw would like to set the record straight about the legislation passed in parliament on Thursday. Tal Ben-Ari Yaalon, the charge d'affaires, "has been summoned . and we will explain to her in a decisive and factual way what it's about," Jablonski told state television TVP about the meeting due on Monday.
