By MANASE OTSIALOMore by this AuthorA Mandera court has allowed the Anti-Terror Police Unit to hold three terror suspects for seven days to complete investigations into their case. Two Ugandans, Mr Makoba Asman and Mr Amos Ntege ,and Mr Abdi Issack Aden, a Kenyan, will be held at Mandera Police Station. The affidavit said Aden was arrested at Corner B area within Mandera Town. He is suspected of being an Al-Shabaab Amiyat (informer) dealing with Somalia-based terror cells operating from Mandera. The third respondent, Mr Aden, said he worked for Mandera Governor Ali Roba and that he is from Garissa.
