A 20-year-old man has been charged in the fatal stabbing of his father in Etobicoke on Tuesday. They found 50-year-old Ameer Saib with stab wounds on his upper body and no vitals signs. Toronto police laid a second-degree murder charge on the 20-year-old son of the man fatally stabbed in Etobicoke Tuesday afternoon. The suspect, who police said is Saib’s 20-year-old son Noah, fled the scene in a vehicle. Police spokesperson Katrina Arrogante said the younger man had an upper body stab wound but did not confirm the state of his injuries.
