On Apr 13, the court issued arrest warrants against the accused as they remained absconding, setting Apr 27 for the submission of the arrest report. Among the three cases, Rehana was named the prime accused in one, Bobby in another, and Azmira in the third. The case named Tulip, Hasina and 13 others. Keya filed a separate case against Azmira over another allegation of corruption plot allocation on Jan 13, naming Tulip, Hasina, and 13 others. Hasina, Tulip and 14 others were also accused.
