Toronto police have identified Paul (Boulos) Rizk, 27, of Toronto as the victim of a shooting near an elementary school in North York Monday evening. Emergency services responded to a call just after 8 p.m. of a shooting on Parkway Forest Dr., in the Sheppard Ave. and Don Mills Rd.
