[Courtesy]Police in Migori County are investigating an incident where their colleagues are alleged to have caused an accident that led to the death of three people. According to the Awendo police boss, the officers were chasing a suspected ‘smuggler’ before the accident. The officers were in Probox and a Toyota Premio headed towards Rinya area. Waku said that the Probox was hit by the Toyota Premio from behind. “Whoever will be found responsible for the accident will be dealt with in accordance to the law,” Waku said.
