The statement said some committee members of Mahamo Village arrested and brought a suspect, John Asiedu, aged 32, to the Benso Police Station with blood stains on him, following a report of causing unlawful harm to a victim who later died. The victim was rushed to Mahamo Clinic, where he was treated and discharged. The suspect, John Asiedu, is currently in police custody and is assisting with investigations. The Police Command has assured the public that investigations are ongoing and further updates will be communicated.
