The Waterloo Marshal's Department is investigating what caused this 2014 Mitsubishi Outland to crash into a house at 345 W. Union St., Waterloo, just before 5 a.m. Sunday morning. No one in the house was injured. The driver suffered facial injuries and had to be extracted from the wreckage.
