A police investigation is currently underway after firefighters were called to a fire at a tyre centre in Slough last night, Langley Fire Station has revealed. At around 10.40pm on Sunday night (September 17), crews from Slough, Langley and Windsor Fire Stations were called out to Slough Tyre Station on Petersfield Avenue. No individuals were injured in the incident but a spokesperson from Langley Fire Station stated that a police investigation is currently underway as the cause of the fire is unknown. Tyres in the external tyre storage area outside the shop were on fire and the spokesperson added the fire looked 'deliberate'. A police cordon is in place at Slough Tyre Centre.
