Ottawa police have identified the man killed in a south Ottawa hotel Saturday night as Mohamad Mana, 30, and have issued a warrant for the arrest of a woman wanted for his murder. Crystal Bastien, 32, is wanted for first-degree murder. Police believe Bastien, who's considered dangerous, remains in Ottawa. A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for Bastien's arrest, but police believe she remains in Ottawa. Nearly 200 recipients, including members of the media, received the report in an email.
