York Regional Police have released photos of three of the four suspects they say were involved in the armed kidnapping of a 22-year-old man in a Markham parking garage Saturday evening. 7 and Birchmount Rd., when three masked men, one armed with a taser, forced him into a vehicle and fled. The suspect vehicle is described as a 2008 to 2010 black Dodge Caravan with no front plate and a stolen rear plate that reads CEAR350. The first suspect is described as male and wearing a mask, blue pants and a black jacket. The second suspect is described as a 6’1” male with dark skin, wearing a black Canada Goose jacket.
