West Yorkshire Police confirmed the teenager had been taken to hospital and was receiving treatment. ‌A spokesman for the force said: "Police were called to Manchester Road, Huddersfield at about 1pm yesterday (February 23) after a member of the public found a teenage male in a serious condition in the street. "Emergency services attended and the teenager, aged 17, was taken to hospital where he continues to be treated.
