The evidence displays police officers addressing numerous individuals in crude language while verbally abusing them for violating travel restrictions. Another drastic example of such actions made to humiliate offenders was when a three-wheeler driver transporting a carrom board was asked to run back and forth with the board placed on his head as a punishment for ignoring travel restrictions.
