The incident took place on Thursday night. The victim, Josna Begum, 35, a resident of Changaon village in Rupsha upazila of Khulna, was nearly seven months pregnant. Saddam strangled his wife to death following a family feud and dismembered the body to dump it somewhere in a bid to conceal the murder, he said. Acting on a tip-off, police raided his house and recovered the body parts from a bag, the OC said.
