The four seriously wounded are being treated in the Pouma Hospital, while the four corpses were kept in the mortuary of the said hospital. Ibrahim Mamadou, one of the truck’s occupants, later died in hospital. The police said the Prado jeep heading to Yaounde from Douala was overspeeding. The jeep’s driver, Seidou and two other occupants, Nkenye Wakam and Assiatou Sakira, died on the spot.
