Padu in Prakasam district ahead of the birth anniversary of the noted freedom fighter on August 23. Reviewing the development work in the village with officials including District Collector V.Vinay Chand, Mr. Prabhakar said: “The village is now open defecation free. Vinodarayunipalem would be included in the list of model villages proposed to be developed with Central funds by 2019, the Collector said.
