He was speaking to members of Dalit Damanitara Horata Samiti and other progressive organisations who had gathered to welcome him at Kallianpur Santhekatte enroute Kota where he is to receive the Kota Shivaram Karanth Huttura Prashasti. Mr. Raj said that while everyone had the right to protest, they must not utter derogatory remarks. He was earlier welcomed at Padubidri, and Kota Murukai by DYFI members.
